Technical
Use software and other tools appropriate to the task.
A frame-based tutorial on inspecting freight containers designed using Captivate. The tutorial incorporates a decision making lesson synthesis using a simulated real world branching scenario inspection. EDTEC 671: Learning Environment Design (Spring 2007).
Cognitive
Analyze, synthesize, use inductive and deductive reasoning, solve problems effectively and creatively.
A case study on digital gaming using content analysis of popular website blogs focusing on quantitative and qualitative research to determine evidence of higher order learning in multi-player online gaming. ED 690: Methods of Inquiry (Summer 2006).
Communication
Communicate clearly to achieve professional goals using visual and verbal modes to explain and persuade.

Understand that we live and work within systems of cause and effect in which actions have multiple origins and consequences.
A team led formal response to a government e-learning "Request for Proposal" website emphasizing Homeland Security in which I balanced competing systems of staffing, funding, and scheduling in a coherent organized fashion. EDTEC 684: Project Management (Fall 2006).
